We are very happy to host the next Mind The Gap event at CoWomen.

Have you ever tried equity crowdfunding? Did you know you can invest in diamonds? What’s the deal with crypto these days? How do you get into venture funding?

The world of alternative investments is broad and varied, containing everything from antiques and wines to carbon credits.

We’ll give an overview of the “Alternative Investments” topic and then MtG Communications Lead, Natalie Holmes, will host our expert panel. We’ll leave a little time afterward for networking. Bring your questions!

Our Expert Panelists:

Mali M. Baum is partner & CEO of W Lounge and Founding Partner & CEO of MAGDA GROUP, a new fund of funds in Berlin and globally, with a focus on diverse teams. She is also a Co-Founder at Wi (Women’s Influencer) network as well as an advisor and speaker. She started her career in the commerce industry at 2008 with innovative educational-toys for kids and
she partnered with the tech industry to create and combine an educational app for kids with the brand. Mali has since played several roles as board member in various organizations, as a business mentor for young entrepreneurs and start-ups and as a lecturer in universities on the topics of entrepreneurship and international business. Born in TLV, active in NYC and SV and living in Berlin, active globally.

Antony Tikhonov is a Business Development Manager responsible for DACH, Nordics and Baltics at “Seedrs,” the leading pan-European equity crowdfunding platform. Launched in 2012, the company has seen €620M+ invested into 770 funding rounds for ambitious startups. Seedrs was named “Most Active UK Funder of Private Companies” in 2016 and 2017 and has investors from 60+ countries using the platform frequently. How to find us

Enter through the main entrance of the Alte Münze, Am Krögel 2, 10179 Berlin-Mitte, and follow the signs to The Greens cafe. On the right of the cafe is another entrance with big double doors. Enter there and then take the stairs all the way up. When you’re at the top, CoWomen is on the right at the end of the hallway.
