After Work Yoga

On October 9th at 6 p.m. we invite you to the gym in the Dezernat 16 for an Afterwork Yoga session with Marie Bauer. Marie will guide us through a 75-minute Vinyasa Power Yoga session in which we will leave the stress of everyday life behind us.

Vinyasa Power Yoga is a modern, dynamic and powerful yoga style, in which the asana, i.e. the posture, is changed with every breath. Vinyasa Power Yoga lives from a constant change of stretching and strengthening positions, which flow into each other. The class begins with a short warm-up, followed by some sun salutations. The main part of the class consists of different flow sequences in which the asanas are fluidly connected and synchronized with the breathing. The lesson ends with a final relaxation sequence.


The After Work Yoga is suitable for everyone who wants to work out a little after work and relax afterwards – no matter if yoga is still new to you or if you are already experienced yogis!

You need to bring a mat and thick socks or a blanket for the final relaxation.


Due to the restrictions of the corona virus the number of participants is limited. You can make a binding registration at Heidelberg@CoWomen.com.

The contribution towards expenses is 10€ per person.
