- Take an active break with simple, efficient yoga mindfulness exercises that are specially designed to compensate for sitting in front of the computer. Fill up with new strength and energy so you can start the afternoon refreshed.
In the 45-minute session with yoga teacher & mindfulness trainer Franziska we practice directly at our workplaces in our chic CoWomen-Workingspace.
Without changing, without sweating, without running make-up. Simple yoga exercises standing and sitting, extremely effective. Especially for the lower back, joints, shoulders and neck.
Eye-yoga and a guided meditation round off your lunchtime revitalization program.
The event is free for CoWomen Gold (2/month) or if you have a Day Pass. You don’t need to book a ticket. Silber members get a reduced ticket. The workshop “yoga at work” will be in German.
