Community Breakfast & mindful yoga
This Friday a special start into the day awaits you!
Come and start your day with us. Guided by yoga teacher & mindfulness trainer Franziska, we’ll kick off the day with a yoga session focusing on mindfulness and relaxation. You don’t need to wear yoga/sport clothes, there is no need to change clothes.
As long as the weather plays along, Franzi will hold the session outside. We’ll meet at CoWomen and head out together from there.
Afterwards we’ll have a healthy power breakfast and the opportunity to exchange ideas and network before you start the last day of the week empowered and highly concentrated.
