CoWomen Lunch

[:en]On Wednesday 16 September 2020 at 12.30 pm, we invite you to join us for lunch at Café Leistelle in Department 16.  Our guest will be Sarah Fischer, who has been the owner of the restaurant Glück & Verstand in Mannheim for over five years.

At Glück & Verstand, some things are valued highly that others might rather ignore. Sarah will tell us what makes the hospitality there so special and why it is important for her to offer something for everyone – be it vegan, vegetarian, meat or fish.

Sarah will also tell us about her exciting career, from the training as a restaurant specialist to her studies and self-employment, and share her experiences as a founder in the gastronomy industry.

Zu Gast sein wird Sarah Fischer, die bereits seit über fünf Jahren Inhaberin des Restaurants Glück & Verstand in Mannheim ist.

Im Glück & Verstand werden einige Dinge großgeschrieben, die bei anderen vielleicht eher mal unter den Tisch fallen. Was die GastFREUNDSCHAFT dort so besonders macht und wieso es für Sarah wichtig ist für alle – sei es vegan, vegetarisch, Fleisch oder Fisch – etwas anzubieten, wird sie uns erzählen.

Sarah wird uns außerdem von ihrem spannenden Werdegang von der Ausbildung zur Restaurantfachfrau über das Studium und die Selbstständigkeit berichten und ihre Erfahrungen als Gründerin in der Gastronomie-Branche teilen.
