The world is changing. The spotlight is increasingly on gender inequality, and it is becoming commonplace to hear that we must empower women in the workplace. But what does that actually mean? How can you act with assurance at work?

Join Kate Sagovsky for a targeted one-day workshop and learn how to communicate clearly and effectively, feel confident and relaxed in team settings, and make your presence felt.

In this participatory workshop you will learn how to make active choices about what you are communicating in different situations. The Present Self method goes far beyond conventional approaches to body language, quick fix tips or poses, and generalized advice to ‘take space’ or ‘stand your ground’. It helps you understand and use the universal patterns of movement that apply to all of our interactions.

Through playful exploration, you will learn how to identify and work with your own behavioural habits. Using straight-forward exercises, you can quickly and simply discover new modes of non-verbal communication, through choices about what you do and how you do it. Over time you can apply these choices in your everyday life to create lasting change. You will be able to shape a powerful new narrative that transforms the way you relate to others, and how they relate to you.

The Present Self method builds on a decade of practical research with actors into creating clear, authentic communication.
