Networking Breakfast
[:en]On Wednesday, October 7th at 9am we invite you to our next Networking Breakfast. Dr. Julia Dubowy and Lisa Reil – economists and managing directors of Thank God it’s Monday – will be present.
Based on 14 years of personal leadership experience with many successful accomplishments, but also setbacks and great challenges, Thank God it’s Monday offers support for companies and executives in the area of leadership. The main focus is on how to lead not only with the brain but also with the heart and how to use authority and vulnerability to not only effectively manage your employees but also to build a resilient connection. The guiding principle here is always “Become a leader who makes everyone think: Thank go it’s Monday”!
On October 7, Julia and Lisa will tell us about their concept “Leader’s Paradise” and provide insight on how to deal with crises, digitalization and the path to success.
The breakfast costs €7, beverages are not included.

[:de]Am Mittwoch, den 7. Oktober um 9 Uhr laden wir euch zum Networking Breakfast ein. Mit dabei sind Dr. Julia Dubowy und Lisa Reil – Volkswirtinnen und Geschäftsführerinnen von Thank God it’s Monday.
Basierend auf 14 Jahren eigener Führungserfahrung mit vielen Erfolgen aber auch Rückschlägen und großen Herausforderungen bietet Thank God it’s Monday Unterstützung für Unternehmen und Führungskräfte im Bereich Leadership. Dabei geht es vor allem darum, wie man nicht nur mit dem Hirn, sondern auch mit dem Herzen führen kann und wie man durch Autorität und Verletzlichkeit seine Mitarbeiter nicht nur wirksam steuern, sondern auch eine belastbare Verbindung aufbauen kann. Der Leitgedanke dabei ist immer „Werde eine Führungskraft, die allen Bock auf Montag macht“!
Am 7. Oktober werden Julia und Lisa uns von ihrem Konzept „Leader’s Paradise“ erzählen und spannenden Input zu den Themen Umgang mit Krisen, Digitalisierung und dem Weg zum Erfolg geben.
Für das Frühstück fällt ein Beitrag von 7€ an, Getränke werden nicht übernommen.
